Despite having written many reports and references for others over my 30-year police career, I found it difficult to put my own work experience into two sides of A4. Katrina called me and we talked through aspects of my service, picked out relevant highlights and she produced a professional CV for me which sets out my experience and value to future employers.

23/5/19 Update – I’m pleased to update that Andy has secured a job with East Ayrshire council,  and have been shortlisted for a further interview.
