Do you need more hours in the day but can’t afford a full-time assistant?
My name is Katrina Summerfield and I’m a freelance Virtual Assistant based in Petts Wood, Bromley.
As a VA, I work remotely from home and use my own equipment to access your internet-based systems. A virtual assistant is ideal for business owners who want to outsource admin tasks but don’t have enough work for a full-time employee.
There are many benefits to hiring freelance admin support…
Hiring a virtual assistant gives you the flexibility to only contract me for the hours you actually require. I often work for clients 30 mins each day organising email inboxes and calendars. Business owners outsource admin tasks that are essential to their business but take up too much of their time.
Each client I work with can personalise the tasks they would like me to do, so if you want to outsource social media to posts to me but respond to them yourself to give a personal touch, I can work within the boundary’s you set. I like to work with business owners to ensure the smooth running of your business in the way that you want. This ultimately gives you time back to your business or with the family, whatever your priorities are. If you’re not sure what services you could outsource I have written a blog post on this subject.
Variable pricing structures
I work with variable pricing structures which ensures you are in control of the budget for my services and there are no surprises at the end of the month. I can price work on a project by project basis or work on a retainer basis so you pay in advance to retain my hours for a set number each month. I am happy to work on a trial basis to ensure you are happy with the support you receive. The packages available are detailed on my Virtual Assistant Pricing Page
Email me for a free 1-hour consultation to discuss how I can help you with your business admin which will allow you to concentrate on the things you love to do best.
I have been a Virtual Assistant since Jan 2018 and worked with a variety of clients which is one of the things I enjoy about this career. I have 26 years experience working for the Metropolitan Police Service in a number of roles including Personal Assistant to Borough Commander, Resource Management for the Transformation Change Programme and Governance & Reporting officer for the Commissioner and Management Board. Each role has developed a unique set of skills. I have a blog post which goes into more detail if you want to know more about my background.
I have many hobbies in musical theatre and crafting which have developed my skills in graphic design, social media marketing and website design. This combination is what makes me unique in that you get the organisation and structure of the corporate world along with the creative design. You can see examples of my work at this blog post.
